I got this pad for Christmas. The price is great for me, and the colors are fabulous; I got the navy and burgundy pads, and the color shown holds true! This pad is a bit thin, but any half pad can fix that, so for me, that's not a huge concern. The only REAL complaint I have is that this pad is NOT for high withered horses, like my Thoroughbred. If you have a stockier horse though, I don't see you having any issues with it-- other than the fit for my gelding, I think this is a great pad!

i love these saddle pads! i have like 5 of them for my horse, they hold up well and are priced good too. everyone at my barn has at least one for their horses. and they last a long time

This is a very strong pad and great for everyday use! The price is great too!! Seriously amazing quality....Throw them in the wash and it literally looks brand new!! Of course the pad is alittle on the thin size, but every english saddle pad I have ever bought is thin. Thats why you use a half pad! AMAZING PAD HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!!!

I would agree that this saddle pad is big, but I have a 16.5 Wintec 500 A/P saddle with really long flaps and it works great. I guess it's because I need big saddle pads that it works, I can see why for others it would be too big. It is also thin, but it's not a problem for me. I use a half pad too, but I don't notice a difference using this pad versus my thicker ones. I washed it and afterwards it looked sad because it was all flattened, but I just use it for schooling, so not a problem really. Amazing price too! I got two -- hunter green and navy.

I bought this (in navy) for an icelandic gelding, it fit him and his saddle really well, and yeah it is a little thin if you're using it on its own, but if you use it with a half pad (as I do with my other horses) it would be perfect/

This pad is very nice. The colors look great, but it is on the thin side. It's not too thin, so the saddle doesn't rub or anything though. With the Texas heat, this pad is perfect.

I bought these pads to use on my 16.2 OTTB and they are REALLY big! He's not a small horse by any means and this pad goes way down his side and way past my saddle (size 17). They are also pretty thin and don't provide much cushion at all. I hand washed them (simply because I don't want fur in my washing machine) and they did fine and dried pretty quickly (probably because they are so thin) but I noticed the other day that they slip A LOT! My horse had a ton of pad on one side and barely anything on the other side after our hour ride the other ride.

I have this pad in two colors: Burgundy and the Popcorn color available on other sites. I love the colors, they were really true to the pictures shown and the pad itself is thick enough and very soft but, it is VERY LARGE. I have a 15.2 QH/Arabian gelding and it is large on him. It does tend to bunch under both of my saddles and I agree that the keepers are a bit short. However, I don't usually use anything but the girth keeper anyway >.<
Decent pad, can't beat the price and the colors are beautiful. Only issue is the size. It is definitely not for smaller horses.

I bought this same pad at a local tack shop for a few bucks more (guess I should have shopped around). I got purple and if this is indeed the same pad, the purple is ALOT darker than what is pictured here. This pad is a bit big though, I ride a half draft mare and it looks huge even on her. She seems to like it though, so no complaints there. Probably won't buy this again due to the size, but it is a nice saddle pad for the price!
