We love these boots. I have bought several pairs over the years as my daughters foot has grown. She rides several times a week and grows out of them and they are in still good enough shape to pass onto other young riders!

Purchased these for my daughter who grows out of boots at an alarming rate. They are sturdy boots that fit well and hold up to a 10 year old who loves to ride. The price is great for this stage of riding.

does this boot fit true to size? I have to beginner riders, both girls, 7 and 9. This looks like a great 'starter' boot for riding but I'm a little reluctant to order boots online. Some of the reviews did not rate these very highly on comfort. Thoughts? Other recommendations?

Best Answer: Both my children have wider feet, so we found these shoes a bit small and ordered up a size higher than the current "fit" as measured by the local Stride Rite. (Also, at the time, my kids' feet were growing so fast we usually ordered "loose" because it was only a short time between "loose" and "way too tight" ;). On one pair, my daughter complained a little about it being snug right below where the zipper sits, but that was only the first couple wears. Boots are very durable even when abused.
