Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Like 'em I bought a pair and plan to buy two more. Everyone is saying they run large and I find that to be the case. I bought 30s and while they are okay, I'd like them tighter. Someone reviewing here said she was 5'7" and 118 and had 26s. Those are pretty much my stats too, so I'm getting one pair of 26s and one of 28s. I will mothball my 30s for next winter when I can wear thick tights under them. April 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Question Im a western rider, but i want to learn english too. If i were to buy breeches- how do you choose the size? im a size 8-10 jeans (junior/women-about an 18 girls) Are the numbers 30, 32, 34 and such waist measurements? and im sure this sounds stupid- but what exactly is an inseam and how do you measure it? By the way, im 5'2- what size would you reccomend? please reply!!! oh, and if i got breeches, this would be the pair i would buy. November 15, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Product I'm a beginner and these were great. They are super comfortable and were surprisingly cool for the Florida summer. Mine were slightly small so they are a little tight to get on but they stretch really well and are comfortable and easy to move around in. I don't really like the color of mine(the lightest), it shows dirt too easily but it washes out nicely. November 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome! I just got these pants last week! They are really comfortable! They run large, so I would get one size smaller that what you would actually get. The length is perfect for me. (I'm 5'4'') The knee patch has a horse shoe on it, but I'm fine with that. You might need a belt! Overall, I love them! October 13, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great! I love mine! I use them in shows and schooling! They fit well, they tend to slip down so I do have to wear a belt with them, but other than that I love them! September 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by 6 years later... I still wear these on a regular basis and they still look new. I am 116lbs and 5'5" with very long legs and I have them in a 26Long. They fit great, just enough room in them that I can put my thermals on under them in the winter. Fit great under my tall boots, but my tall boots have some room in them since I have skinny legs, haha. I also wear them with paddock boots, just scrunch my socks over the top of the boot to hide the little velcro tab. These have held up well through several years of riding in all seasons, wearing them 2-3 times a week, both in the schooling ring and on the trail. You better believe, if these *ever* wear out (which I'm beginning to doubt!) I will be buying another pair to replace them! August 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Favorite Schooling Breeches These breeches are fantastic! Great quality at such an inexpensive price, attractive rise, and the suede knee patches do not get all pilly and worn looking like other breeches. I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered one size smaller than usual and it is a perfect fit. I've had these for almost two years and I can see getting at least another two out of them! Rated 2 out of 5 by Great for price Even though I'm returning mine, I wanted to review them because even though they didn't work for me, I really did like them! What I did like: Good quality fabric, esp for the price. It was thick and stretchy. The fit seemed great, although I think I would go down a size. I ordered 34's after trying on my old Tailored Sportsman's in 32 and not being able to zip them up. My waist is 34inches at the smallest point, but if I bought them again I'd get a 32. (I wear about a size 10 usually in jeans) What I didn't like: I am between 5'7-5'8 and they came all the way to the top of my foot (a little longer than I like). The lower leg was too loose and even with the velcro I couldn't adjust it nice and tightly, so there was a big bulge around my ankle. I have very tightly fitted tallboots and I couldn't properly zip them with these breeches on. I am very sad I have to return them - besides the boot issue I would have just ordered a size down. If you don't have any room to spare in your tall boots, these might not work for you. March 27, 2012

They are extremely comfortable and are comparable to higher priced breeches in quality. my older daughter loves them.

Seemed like a good deal for some schooling show breeches. :)

I am a police officer assigned full time to a mounted police unit and I need breeches to train in so that I don't ruin my actual uniform breeches. I wanted to try these out. They look adorable and classy and the color seems wonderful. We shall see how they hold up
Erica D on Dec 29, 2014
Good economical breech for everyday riding. Holds up well and fits the way juniors like with the lower rise.

Do these breeches tend to run large, small or true to size?? Thanks!!
Carol K on Oct 28, 2014
Best Answer: I find these breeches to be fairly true to size. Mine seem a little roomier in the seat and waist, which I'm not really a fan of. I have to wear a belt otherwise I'm constantly trying to pull them up. I do wish they had long sizes as well. They aren't my favorite pair of breeches, but for the price they work well for schooling.

Are these breeches ribbed? Thank you.
Carol K on Oct 23, 2014
Best Answer: Yes they are ribbed. I bought one pair and they look good but if you are looking for that smooth look, I would not get these. But for schooling, they are great. The material is also I little thicker.

Will these reveal under garments?
A shopper on Nov 2, 2014
Best Answer: The rib or full seat show little to no under garment lines. I use my low rise ribbed a lot and they hold up great. Great product.

is this breeches cotton or polyester ?
Dominique Z on May 16, 2014
Best Answer: Polyester blend if I had to guess without looking at the tag. Definately not cotton. I still like them they don't cause me to be too hot in the summer an they are very stretchy.

Which color is darker? Light tan or taupe?
A shopper on Jun 2, 2015
Best Answer: Taupe is darker than Light Tan. I have this pair of breeches in's like a dark camel color. Also, they run large, so be prepared! :) Other than that, great breeches!

What size would I be if I am a women's size 2 in jeans?
A shopper on Aug 7, 2015
Best Answer: Just measure your waist and go with that size. I wear a 10-12 and I wear a 30 or 32 in these breeches. I'm guessing you would wear a 26 or smaller? They are very stretchy so I can wear a 30 easily.

what size would I order if my daughter wears a size 7 in jeans?
Donna B on Dec 11, 2013
Best Answer: Possibly the 26, but I would order both the 26 and 28 and send one back. I'm 118# and 5'7" and usually wear a 5 or 7 in juniors' jeans, and the 26 is perfect on me. The length is good as well - just above the ankle, so I can wear them with paddock boots.
