Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT for the price!! These are great quality breeches for the price! Fit well and are very comfortable! They also are great if you are short like me because they arent overly long. Size is right on. Would recommend to anyone! *WARNING* They do have a small horseshoe on the knee patches but if you wear tall boots you cant see them! March 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by not good good price but poor quality i bought these and the belt loops are falling off and you should order a size down because the waist is too big and there is too much space (it's loose) in the knee area February 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Gappy at the top; thin fabric Much better choice are the TuffRider Ladies Cotton Schoolers with the elastic waistband -- better made. November 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by AMAZING!! I love these breeches. I got my first pair of Tuffriders two years ago (Tan winter breeches) and got these on sale last spring. They are absolutely amazing!! The black makes my legs look long and sleek, and they are so comfy. I ride mainly western, and they even look great with my western boots. My only complaint is that the button on the front fell off after my second ride. It's fine since they are pull-on and I usually wear sweatshirts or long tanks over them. Thats my only complaint. I have washed them a bunch of times in cold water and hang dry to keep them in good shape. Buy them!!!! You will not regret it (except if/when the button falls off). November 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good product, great price I got these in black and really like them! They came a little big but after a wash and dry the fit great, perfect length. For the price I think they are more than worth it. I wear them 3-4 times a week and they seem to be holding up really well! September 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by A Fair Deal These were a fair purchase for the price. I ordered a 34 even tho I measure just under 32, becauase I think they will shrink. I am about a size 12, and these fit nicely, but are baggy through the calf. One thing not shown in this picture is an emblem of a horseshoe on the patch inside the legs. I hate it and would have bought different breeches if I would have seen that. August 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by awesome! i just got these, tried them on, but they were one size to big, threw them in the washer and bout to put them in the dryer. they will shrink up very nicely im sure cuz they are almost 90 something percent cotton. the length was perfect! the color fit me well, the knee patch fell just right im over all happy with this pair of riding pants! i only ride once a week normally. so these will work just fine! :) :) August 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Breeches!!! I love thease Breeches , they were my first pair and i used them for my first show. But they are long witch isnt a bad thing but just a tiny warning if you want something tight. Overall I love thease! July 25, 2012

I wear a size 14 petite
what size do I need?
Cheryl on Aug 7, 2014
Best Answer: I always go by waist in inches not pant size. Measure your waist with a measuring tape and buy that number.

Do they have pockets?
Zoe H on May 11, 2014
Best Answer: I have the TuffRider pull on tights.
They have a zippered side pocket. I wouldn't want to put anything heavy or bulky in it.
I do like these TuffRiders a lot very comfortable to ride in.

Are these breeches thick or thin?
A shopper on Sep 4, 2015
Best Answer: They are not thin but feel like they will stretch if you use the same pair and wash them often. For the last two years I rotate between two pairs weekly and they seems to be holding up okay.

Could these be used for show as well?
Nicole E on Jul 3, 2014
Best Answer: The denim color is obviously not traditional but the tan colors are fine for showing. I show in mine at open shows all the time. The look nice and are long lasting. Both my daughter and I have several pairs we use for both everyday and showing. They fit nice and wash well.

How do I tell what size to get? I am usually a size 6 for pants. Help:)!
Lori G on Sep 2, 2013
Best Answer: I'm a size 8/10 dress size and usually a size 8 in pants. The 34 inch pants is a little big on me, I should have gone with the 32 so I have to wear a belt. Currently my waist size is a 33, but I've also been losing baby weight. My recommendation is to measure your waist and go with the closest measurement in the pants size.
