Rated 5 out of 5 by Really good Bought theses because I needed some new schooling breeches. For the price I figured I could take a chance, so I ordered two. They have surprised me in their overall performance. Had them now for almost a year, and they are still going very strong. I ride, train, and work in them. For me they were a perfect fit. (I had other TuffRider pants to compare size with) Feel great in the 100 degree summer heat, and I even fell comfortable wearing them to schooling shows. Overall a great buy. Will be getting several more in the future. July 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Schoolers When I first got mine it ran i bit big, so i had to return it and get the size smaller. I was happy with the wait and the materials. I was not happy with the knee pathes thought, it was like fur from a cat. Not really show breeches. Great for schooling though. July 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love these breeches! They are so comfortable & the knee patches are very soft & they wash up really well, these are by far my favorite breehes I own! The price is so very right too! I seem to be wearing them every week & love them! June 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these!!! They are the comfiest brreches i have ever had! i love them! I use them for show season! These also came with a free pair of socks that i absolutly LOVE! Definetly going to buy another pair when these wear out! They are true to size! You wont be dissappointed if you buy these! i am so used to buying something and returning them because they dont fit but not with these! LOVELOVE LOVE them!! May 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by AWESOME I bought these sometime back and my child has worn them EVERYTIME she has gone to the barn for a ride...sometimes three times a week. I have washed them after each ride and they are STILL wonderful...So wonderful I am buying her another pair... March 12, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Stitching is coming undone I just got these about a week ago, and already it is showing signs of wear and loose stitching. The stitching on the knee patch is partially undone (I had to restitch some of it) and there is already wear on the inner thigh. I am not satisfied with this, especially after all of the wonderful reviews it has. January 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this Breeches! I was given these as a present and I love them! They fit well (Which is important to me because I am very tall.) And they are very comfortable. The only problem I have is they aren't very warm in the winter. I rode in them and my legs froze. (Although they temperature was around 10 degrees.) They give good traction on my saddle and I look great in them. Overall great product! If you have a budget and need some good, cheap, quality breeches, theses are the ones for you! January 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great pant and they are long I have a hard time finding riding pants long enough and the length on these really surprised me. Perfect for me! I am back to buy two more pairs. January 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Breeches For the Price! I bought these breeches about a year ago, and they are still great! They're really comfortable, cool enough for Summer and warm enough for Winter. I love these so much. I do wish it had a pocket with a zipper, but there is a small pocket on the inside that I use a lot. Overall, this is a great riding breech. December 12, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Breeches I bought these for a show in October and when I got these I was very suprised by the quality! Being that I didn't pay much, and just needed them for the weekend, I didn't expect much, but these are great! Great fit, great quality, and great price. You can't find a better pair of breeches for this price! November 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing breeches!!! These breeches are amazing! as my first pair I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I wear them at least once a week for my jumper lesson and they definitely hold up.They are nice and cool and they keep me warm especially when im turning horses out!Since I am 5'9" and long legged I was looking for something a little longer and these come all the way to my ankle. True to size! Overall great breeches but they are getting some ills on the knee patch and the inner, upper thigh. November 10, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Buy I'm back to buy a second pair I'm so pleased! Super comfortable and stretchy. I'm 5'9" so the long inseam fits me perfectly. I was surprised at how stylish and flattering a 26 was on me. Definitely low rise in front and very cute looking with a tucked in polo. I had a $5 off coupon so it was an amazing buy for $26 S&H included! August 25, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Breeches! These are great for the price! I have even worn them in shows ant people asked if they were tailored sportsman! These are so comfey, defintly buy! August 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product First time going english and these pants fit quite well, although they are a little long. But overall a good pair to purchase July 11, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too long I'm 5'6 wearing a size 32 and they're too long. Works okay when wearing half chaps, but too much fabric to fit under tall boots. Does the job for schooling though. June 23, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by NOT GOOD Dont buy these breeches. They are the most comfortable breeches ive ever worn but that is it. They started strech and get small holes near the seams on the seat within 3 rides. I dont ride that hard, only once or twice a week for about an hour but these couldnt even hold up to that. They do have nice knee patches and the waist band is amazing. I would highly recomend these for someone who would only wear them for shows but they are not for everyday riding. June 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these breeches! These breeches are super comfortable. I have a 33" inseam, so I appreciate a breech that doesn't end halfway up my calf. They have been very durable for me for trail riding, and I would recommend them to anyone. May 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Just have to say these are well made and an excellent buy. They're a long inseam, at least a 30 so were perfect for me. May 27, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Breeches I bought these and they where a little baggy but they are comfortable and very good looking. I love these! but the stitching was ok but it is unnoticeable but great for price! May 8, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK for the price I just purchased these breeches. The fabric is thinner than I expected. Other than that they appear nice for the price. I am 5'9 and length was just right. April 22, 2011

I wear a size 14 petite
what size do I need?
Cheryl on Aug 7, 2014
Best Answer: I always go by waist in inches not pant size. Measure your waist with a measuring tape and buy that number.

Do they have pockets?
Zoe H on May 11, 2014
Best Answer: I have the TuffRider pull on tights.
They have a zippered side pocket. I wouldn't want to put anything heavy or bulky in it.
I do like these TuffRiders a lot very comfortable to ride in.

Are these breeches thick or thin?
A shopper on Sep 4, 2015
Best Answer: They are not thin but feel like they will stretch if you use the same pair and wash them often. For the last two years I rotate between two pairs weekly and they seems to be holding up okay.

Could these be used for show as well?
Nicole E on Jul 3, 2014
Best Answer: The denim color is obviously not traditional but the tan colors are fine for showing. I show in mine at open shows all the time. The look nice and are long lasting. Both my daughter and I have several pairs we use for both everyday and showing. They fit nice and wash well.

How do I tell what size to get? I am usually a size 6 for pants. Help:)!
Lori G on Sep 2, 2013
Best Answer: I'm a size 8/10 dress size and usually a size 8 in pants. The 34 inch pants is a little big on me, I should have gone with the 32 so I have to wear a belt. Currently my waist size is a 33, but I've also been losing baby weight. My recommendation is to measure your waist and go with the closest measurement in the pants size.
