can you tell me if your vitamin e is a natural source or a synthetic source?
michele h on Sep 3, 2014
Best Answer: The Vit E in Vita Flex is a synthetic. My horse had medical problems and I did a lot of research on Vit E. I started with the natural version which I bought in capsule form from a health food store. The capsules are messy, expensive and inconvenient. My particular horse did not uptake the natural Vit E as we hoped. I switched to the synthetic form of Vit E and his numbers improved greatly. I feed the Vita Flex E&Selenium and I also feed Vita Flex E-5000. I test his Vit E and selenium numbers once a year and he is in the normal range. To tell the difference in natural and synthetic just look at the description: "d-alpha" is natural; and "dl-alpha" is the synthetic. I have fed these Vita Flex supplements for many years and am very pleased with the results. Hope this helps!
