Walsh Classic Adjustable Leather Halter
 
The Classic halter is a 1" wide halter. Made with the best English bridle leather and solid brass hardware. This halter is double-stitched, two-ply cheeks, single-ply nose, throat and crown. The amount of detail can be seen in the hand-rubbed edges. The Classic has a buckle chin, throat snap and single buckle crown.

Foal (100 - 200 lbs.)
Weanling (200 - 300 lbs.)
Yearling (400 - 500 lbs.)
Cob (500 - 800 lbs.)
Horse (800 - 1,100 lbs.)
Large (1,100 - 1,600 lbs.)

Dont get me wrong - This was a beautiful halter. The leather was nicely conditioned and pretty to look at. It wasn't necessarily cheaply made, however there is one big design flaw that frustrated me. There aren't metal o-rings in the halter adjustment holes! My horse got scared of a dog and she pulled back, causing the adjustment needle to slice through the supple leather. I enjoyed the 20 minutes that I got to use the halter though... $45 down the drain.
