I spent days on the internet trying to find a durable but reasonably priced coat for my young adult,60lb Golden Retriever that LOVES snow. Just when I was about to give up,it suddenly occurred to me to try to get one from a company that makes horse blankets. SOOO glad that I did!! First, the price is outstanding! Second, the quality is down right amazing! My dog rolls and rolls, runs & jumps and does this thing that I call the plow where she puts her front end down in the snow & drives w/her back end. I still go inside the house w/a mostly dry dog! The coat holds up so well and doesn't budge! My dog even tugs on it to try to get it off but you wouldn't know it by looking at it! I have had it for several months and it still looks like the day I received it in the mail! Love this dog coat! <3

I got this when it was on sale, and I was ordering my horse a blanket anyway. I measured her, and she was 24" but when I got it, the shoulders were a little big. She is a very slender dog however. If I were to buy another one I would stay on the smaller side. Even being a little big, it stood up to her playing with the barn dogs!

These jackets are great, warm and functional, one of the few jackets that have a chest strap to keep the heat in and durable material that will withstand rough play.

I just received this jacket in medium and have another stock number Weatherbeeter that is 3 years old for a large dog. Both fit nicely and stay on. The old jacket, which we put on for full days of hard play on 5 acres, looks as good as the new one. A bonus is the reasonable cost of half the price of a much less quality jacket from dog and cat suppliers. Highly recommend and believe you will be thrilled with this purchase.
