Rated 5 out of 5 by Incredible!! I wrote another review on the coordinating headstall, which is just as fantastic. These are so soft and supple and strong. They hold up to a lot. They are as long as anybody would need! I have plenty of excess even when on a loose rein, but not so much that it goes past the bottom of my horses' shoulders. The color in the picture is accurate and they match the headstall perfectly! Very good deal as well, for the quality of these reins. I plan on buying another set very soon for my other horse! I've had the headstall and reins since Christmas 2011 and they have not cracked or stretched whatsoever. Fairly easy to attach to a bit. I love that there is no heavy snap clanging around and bumping the bit. The time it takes to snap on reins may be less, but these are still very quick! Not heavy, not flimsy at all. If you are looking for a good deal on a matching set, BUY THESE!! August 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice reins I bought these as using reins to go with my Weaver Stockman "show" bridle at clinics. They are a nice weight (not too heavy or bulky-easy to use and ride in)they are good quality and work well to show in too. February 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE THESE REINS!! I love these reins!the only thing i would like was if they had clips on them. but other then that i love them! my horse has a long neck but with these i'm not having to lean to give him enough rein. will buy more in the future! December 27, 2011

Is Sunset color the darker oil? It shows Golden Brown as the light oil. Thanks!
Stacey K on Dec 30, 2013
Best Answer: Hi there,

Yes the Sunset is the darker oil colour, but it is a reddish brown more than a regular brown. It is beautiful but will match a more reddish brown saddle not a dark brown one. I would consider it to be a medium brown, pecan colour.
