Great halter -- buying a new one only because the black is fading after 5 years of being stored on the corral in direct sunlight 24/7. It is used for everyday, trailering and riding, and never any problems with rubbing. For parades I have one of these that I put rhinestone trim on so that people think it is "real tack" instead of "just a halter" LOL.

i still have this halter from 10 years ago.it was purple and it was used on my horse that my grandmother had bought for me when i was 4 , about 2 years ago we could not afford to keep him anymore. But i still have his halter as a good memory of him...
i highly reccomend this halter because it will last long enough to become a good peice of memory...

I got one for my silver bay 3 year old and it is AMAZING!! get this halter is last forever and is very flexible! I am getting another because the other was sent with our other horse that is now sold!!!! they also have butiful colors too!!!! very bright and pretty

I have had this halter for as long as I've had horses. When I was first training my mare she would often rear when tied and although the lead rope snap would break the halter never gave. I went through half a dozen lead ropes but this halter is still going strong.
It is also flexible and conforms to the horse.
I cannot judge the leather piece because mine is so old that it does not have one but most leather products are quality with Weaver. Very happy with product. Ordering a royal blue one for my buckskin filly.

This is the only halter I'll buy for my horses and suggest to other people for their horses. It's light, they nylon is so so soft so it doesn't irritate my horse, they last FOREVER, and the colors are great! I bought a purple one for my previous filly who was sorrel before I sold her, and I just bought a burgandy one for my new liver chestnut mare! I highly reccomend this halter!

I hate the breakaway snap on most halters. The size was good even for my smallish Paso Finos. No problems with it rubbing. Just ordered a new purple one and the color is great.

I love this product it is very sturdy and i hate halters with a hook on it and this dose not do that that is what i love about this halter! It is the only halter ill ever buy!

I have a purple one for my horse. It is a great halter and it fits him nice. The only thing I have to say is don't leave the halter hanging on the fence and let it get rained on. The rings on the cheeks rust when they get wet. I had to get some cheeksavers to put on it because the metal would get hot and burn his face, he has a white face and burns easy. But all problems are fixable and its a great halter. It doesn't fade either!!

I have purple halter. It looks so nice on my horse It is very soft so it dosen't annoy the horse or cause them to get sores! I really do love this halter!
