excellent value and prevents horse from shaking off the bridle in summer bug season!

I like the buckle bit attachment. Easier to change out, less likely to break, I hope.

Would this fit a 14.1 hand quarter horse?
Kelly M on Sep 5, 2016
Best Answer: I have used this on my daughters 14.3 quarter horse that is very petite and built more like a Arab cross than a quarter horse, but have also used it on another daughters horse that is 15 H and built like a tank. I did add another hole to it for the smaller horse though.

My QH gelding is 16h and has a very large head. The "average" bridle sizes won't fit him. I am having a really hard time finding one. Should this one?
Kelsey T on Oct 10, 2016
Best Answer: Although I use this on my 14.2hh Haflinger, I actually think it would also fit your gelding. It is on the last holes in both sides and I had to punch an additional hole in the bottom buckles that attach to the bit to get it to fit her. My only concern might be the browband, but it's pretty roomy on her as well. I think this might work for you. It's a really nice bridle too (and nice matching reins)... I'm VERY happy with it!

Is there a matching breast collar?
A shopper on Nov 29, 2015
Best Answer: I haven't seen one anywhere, but she has designed a lot of tack so they may make one.

Will this headstall fit through spaces in a hackamore?
A shopper on Oct 20, 2015
Best Answer: I would think so, but the conchos on the crown may not make it possible if your hackamore is already snug. If you have some wiggle room underneath of it while it is on your horse I would say yes. The conchos are medium sized I wouldn't consider them large. Love this headstall by the way it is very good quality!
