BAD EXPERIENCE., 1/13/2012

Westfall Dbl Rein Curb Bit 7" from Pittsburgh, PA

Bought this bit,not realizing that just touching it w/ your fingers would turn your hands brown. I know sweet iron rusts, BUT I was under impression from product description that the mouthpiece itself was sweet iron. Silly me. I removed the bit from the bag to examine it, and my hands were brown in an instant. I never touched the mouthpiece. I touched the cheeks to pick it up!!!
