Previous reviews sold the product. Separate pockets for keys, cell, hoof pick, maps and coggens, etc... separate cooler side for treats, drinks and sandwiches.

Was able to see these when a friend purchased them and really liked the product,we do very long rides usually 8-10 hours and the food and drink was still cold by the end of the day in this bag.

Best Answer: the description states 600D polyester with a weather resistant polyurethane coating... all i can say is the bags are great! i have 3 sets currently and will eventually buy a set for each saddle i own. We trail ride frequently and we keep water/powerades on one side and snacks, tools, etc. on the other side. the mesh pocket is perfect for trash, or a water bottle. the other pocket is a perfect fit for my iphone 5. we have owned all 3 sets for over a year now and they still look and function great. i don't think you would be disappointed with the purchase.

The description states: "these bags feature adjustable webbing straps for stability and nickel plated mounting grommets". are the adjustable web straps for attaching the bags to the front rigging? I do a lot of trotting/cantering and don't want bags that flap.
Robin M on Aug 18, 2015
Best Answer: These are saddle bags designed for the back of the saddle not the front. I don't think you will be able to get them tight enough to not flap as they are longer/bigger bags then would normally be attached to the front of your saddle. The grommets were useless for me as they did not line up with the rings on my Tucker to be attached to so had to use the web strapping to go under the bag, through the rings and secure it that way.

Does this attach to the cantle or the pommel/horn? - Thanks
Maggie C on Jul 15, 2015
Best Answer: It goes on the cantle. Awesome back really love it. Pommel bags will be called pommel or horn bags. Saddle bags always go on the back.
