Is the bit tough and sturdy? Is this product for miniature horse, or a normal bit?
A shopper on Jan 18, 2016
Best Answer: I own a Quarter horse and a mini. This is too big for a mini. Also, this is a harsher bit because the twist slides on the ring. A D-ring snaffle would be better. They make bits that specify that they are for a mini. Happy Riding!

Is this the style of bit to use to train a mule/horse to pull a cart/wagon if not what would be best bit to use ?
A shopper on Aug 11, 2015
Best Answer: Typically a loose ring broken snaffle bit is used for training a mule/horse to drive. Check out item #'s E011022 and SLT900230
