I am a high beginner to intermediate rider and I am looking at purchase my first saddle. I was wondering the difference with the Wintec 250 and the 500?

Best Answer: Excellent question!
The Wintec 500 has upgraded synthetic material.
It also has an ergonomic, recessed, stirrup bar to help alleviate bulk under your leg. The skirt is also cut back for the same purpose as above.
Having personally ridden in the 500, I can say that it is extremely comfortable and easy to fit to your horse.
However, either saddle is a great choice for your level of riding.
These saddles seem to last forever and keep their value should you need to upgrade at a later time in your riding career.

What comes with this saddle?
Jessica R on Nov 11, 2013
Best Answer: This saddle come with the black gullet which is a normal tree. I ended up purchasing another size in order to fit my horse but the saddle has been a great fit for us. He has had back problems with numerous other saddles and the CAIR panels have made a difference. I haven't needed to call the chiropracter since I have been using this saddle. I have the entire gullet system and have been able to use the saddle on numerous other horses as well.
