Chose these leathers because the stirrups that came with the child's Aussie saddle would not shorten enough.

I bought a lead line saddle for the Grandkids and have been looking for these. Statelinetack had the best price on them!

How short and how long do these webbers adjust? - Actual length from stirrup bar when in use?
Shawna F on Jul 24, 2015
Best Answer: From where the stirrup strap/webber attaches to the saddle, to the top of where stirrup you attach it to is 11 1/2 inches at its SHORTEST length. With the stirrup I am using for my 4 year old it is 15 1/2 inches in length from where it attaches to where my son's foot rests in the stirrup. However even at its shortest length it was still too long for him. The instructor ended up using normal leathers and sticking my son's foot into the loop of the stirrup strap rather than stirrup itself until he can grow into this (these do not offer the loop like adult stirrup straps do). Hope this helps/makes sense?
