I need to close off some stalls from the runs and don't want to build doors. I have purchased a smaller stall guard in the past from State Line and liked it.

My new mini horse has figured out how to get out of the barn already (two days after I got her). Needed guards badly and thought the closed panel might help deter her attempts quickly!

I have a stall door that is about 65 inches wide. Can I hitch two of these together to cover, or can you suggest something that will work for that width?
Christa P on May 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I suppose you could hook 2 together...however, since the snaps/buckles are heavy, there will be a LOT of sagging in the middle. May not be as effective.
My suggestion would be to search another option if your goal is to effectively keep horses out/in.
I use mine on the top portion of the grain room Dutch door (I duck under it) to keep the horses heads out yet let air flow in.
Don't know if this really helps, so, Good luck !
How wide is this stall guard? Adjustable to how narrow and how wide?
Luann R on Aug 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Adjust to fit stall doorway from 36" to 48" wide. 15.5" high.
my stall door is 49" ..is this going to work?
Lori R on Jul 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Our stall doors are 54" and I just added a couple links of chain to either side and it works fine. Use a heavy closed eyebolt and sturdy chain. They do test them occasionally. I should say that all my horses are pretty easy on the stalls. The product is well made, the issues are generally in the attachment.
