size and they are like an English stirrup. the ones that came with my saddle were too tall and to small for my boots.

I wanted a more english style stirrup for my aussie saddle but found these to be rather heavy and "clunky". I returned them and am still looking for a light wieght set for my saddle. (not plastic)
