If I wear an 8 1/2 should I get the 8 or the 9?

BEST ANSWER: Although we can't guarantee fit in advance, you "probably" should get the 9. It's unusual for sizing down to be a good fit.
Are these boots waterproof enough that you can splash through deep puddles in them?

BEST ANSWER: I have a 16 inch calf and they fit but I could not tuck any type of pants into them so I don’t think they would fit well
