10 pieces, meaning 5 pairs? Or 10 pairs?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 10 pair
Silver or brass in color?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They are nickel plated brass, so they will appear silver in color.
will these fit for any bridle?
A shopper on Nov 18, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have found with experience there are different lengths of screws, and depending on the location and purpose of the chicago screw the length varies. I have used these on many applications of my tack. This is a very common size. But occassionally different sizes are needed. I keep a variety of chicago screws in my box, so I have what I need when I need it. And if they don't fit for the purpose you are needing right now, you probably will need them sometime down the road. Like keeping bandaids around.
Are these for break away halters?
Linda P on Nov 28, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No, these are not for breakaway halters. These Chicago screws are for reins/bridles.
Stateline does sell the replacement pieces for breakaway halters though. Hope this helps!
