Does this run true to it's size? I have a 16 hand thoroughbred so I usually get a "horse" size bridle.
Michele M on Jun 17, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I have a 16.3hh OTTB and the regular horse size fits him. The brow band fits really nice and flush against his brow which I like. I find the bridle itself a bit of a pain when putting on and adjusting.
Can this bridle be used for regular usage vs a training bridle only?
Grace H J on Aug 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I don’t use it for training. I mostly trail ride. This bridle fits my horses face so nicely where every other brow band I tried would never lay flush. It’s a bit of a pain to hook at first but once you get the hang of it it’s got a nice look. I feel no difference riding in this verses your standard headstall.
