I've heard of people using this on just the heel bulb & coronary band as well as applying to the entire hoof. Which is correct?
Alyssa M on Apr 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The directions call for applying it with the brush and massaging it into the coronet band and the heel bulb. I also put it on the entire hoof once a week or so or when the hooves look dry and I dab it on my one horse's hocks during the summer. Seems to help keep both moisturized. My farrier commented on how good my horse's hooves were looking and he does not believe in using hoof dressing so I have not told him my secret.
