Need to have a couple of spare dispensers to replace dispensers that are almost 10 years old. Do not want to be without these dispensers. Keeps the flies and mosquitos out of the house.

Difference in the 3000 setting and the 9000 ?
A shopper on Jul 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I believd its the distance it sprays or the strength. When I put it on 9000 the spray is stronger.
Can this be used with poultry?
A shopper on Jun 12, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I do not know. I use it in my horse barn
Can you use these in dog houses?
A shopper on May 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would not but you could use it around your dog house. Mine is on my porch for my dogs.
HOW BIG OF AREA DOES IT COVER?
Sassy on Aug 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: not sure of measurement ,but I use in bathrooms and laundry room.I like that you dont have to overspray and it is automatic.
light keeps blinking, what is wrong?
A shopper on Jul 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It means the product you are dispensing the can is empty.
Do they make a spider spray for this dispenser?? Spiders seem to take over my hunting cabin in late fall..
Steve on Jul 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: there are pyrethrins in the spray so i would think it would work. i wouldnt want to be staying in the cabin while the product is being metered. are you thinking of leaving it in the cabin while it isn't being occupied? if you visit the cabin during the year, i would think a fogger would be the better answer. that way you can set it off, wait a couple of hours then enjoy your cabin spider free. hope this helps. smiles!!
Does this dispenser come with a refill?
Lilian A on Jul 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No, it does not. You have to buy the refills separately, which is good because then you can choose whether you want the fly spray or the fly/mosquito which is twice the strength of the fly. All I use is the fly/mosquito refill because for another dollar or so you get a stronger spray which we need in Southern CA
Is this safe to be in a horse stall?
Amber on Jun 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes. Just ensure the unit is mounted higher than the horse can reach. The spray is not stinky, & my horses ignored it completely.
How long do the batteries last. I change then monthly but that seems like a lot?
A shopper on Oct 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We have ours set to the less frequent spray setting and our batteries seem to last about 3 months. In Seattle I use them from May 1 to end of September- and we changed batteries once.
The dispenser is not dispensing the repellent. I cleaned it, changed batteries. What else can I do?
A shopper on Aug 3, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Make sure you don't lose the little green attachment that goes on top of the can. It has s flat top that the dispenser pushes down on to spray. These green tips fall off in shipping sometimes or when installing. I hang on to some spares when I change out the canisters.
What is the difference between 3000and 9000. No insert in box.???????
Donna M on May 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Size.....can is tge same.....one more square,as pictured...tge other is,a smaller model, looks like something you would have in your home.....I have both....as long,as tgey spray....no difference....other than rge, size of tge batterieJR
Is there a battery indicator?
Phyllis on May 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: NO at least on the models I have
I have many of these & they are timed to go off I believe every 15 minutes. Once batteries start to get low it extends that time & this is the time to replace the batteries. I replace once a year as I only use spring-fall. Don't forget to remove batteries for storage after the season
Will this work in a home for Cluster flies?
A shopper on Dec 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they work great! We have 4 of them.
What is the difference between 3000 9000?
A shopper on Oct 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Please contact our customer service department and we would be more than happy to assist you!
Can this be used in a restaurant?
A shopper on Aug 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have 6 & all out doors around a swimming pool to help control the bugs.
They go off every 30 minutes & when they do you smell a whiff of it
If using indoors it maybe over whelming to workers & customers. Not mentioning it's is a herbicide & may not be good around food.
Try during non operation & that may control any problem
They do seem to work. I also spray the area with their concentrate every week in & around bushes & grass
Make sure to change the can every 30 days if used constant or when out. They use D batteries so have some on hand for replacements.
How long does one can of spray last?
A shopper on Aug 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: 2 to 3 weeks with good coverage...I'm a little hyper about the flies so might go longer but if they get light I change them. But I use them in my barn and all the run-ins....
rec'd new dispenser - it uses 4 aa batts not 2 d's - how do use the 3000/9000 switch ?
A shopper on Aug 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: First, the dispenser we have does not look like the one in the picture. Ours does use 4 AA batteries and we put the 3000/9000 switch down. Will have to go down to the barn to look for sure but I think it is on 9000 which we think is the longest time delay between activation's. Bob and Linda, Prescott, AZ
Adjusting the dispenser?
A shopper on Jul 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: That is not a question nor even a complete sentence but the answer is Yes.
can this dispencer be changed from 15 mim the same time as a 15 min. to 45 min.?
Stella S on Oct 16, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I wish, but no adjustment available to make changes. There is an on/off switch however, that I have used as the fly population fluctuates with seasons and weather. I have several units around my small barn and they really did make a difference this summer. Highly recommend this product!
