The heel counter allows for different adjustments in heel length (up .867 inches) and heel height (up to .629 inches). After the heel length is determined lock down the screws and adjust the heel sling to the proper height. Both the heel sling and heel counter are locked into place after the first fitting. Application and removal are quick and easy. No hook and loop, no cables, lightweight and easy to wash. Sold individually
