Have to keep buying more for the tack room because it also works great on people and I have been "loaning" bottles out and never getting them back! This time I got 2 bottles.

This stuff is amazing if you have performance horses! We rub our horses' legs down and wrap them the night before a rodeo and when hauling long distances and it really seems to help with soreness.

can this product be used under a saddle & pad before riding?
A shopper on Sep 19, 2013
BEST ANSWER: I wouldn't. #1 it will be uncomfortable for the horse (imagine if you put a bunch of slippery goo directly on your back before a backpacking trip), #2 it will make your pad a mess and #3 it has Arnica in it and, while that stuff is WONDERFUL, it isn't something you want to be rubbing around a lot, as it can chafe.
how to apply?
A shopper on Mar 31, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I squeeze/pour a blob into one hand, rub both hands together to distribute it on both hands, and then rub it on my horses legs. (You could use rubber gloves if you don’t want to get it on your hands.) I also use this method if I want to put some on his back. It is great stuff!
Will it stain or discolor the coat of a grey horse?
Sarahjoy C on May 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I applied this generously to my buckskin, and it did not leave any stain. He had a bit of a strong smell, but no discoloration.
Can you use it on humans?
A shopper on Sep 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can absolutely use this on humans! My holistic Vet recommended this product for my dog, and said I could use it on my horse, and myself. Yes, it works better than liniment.
My horse has sensitive skin, will this be ok?
Rachel C on Sep 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: My horse had no problems with sensitivity. Maybe wet your horses legs first and leave open to air so that you can observe if there is any reaction. I love the product and have used it for years on both of my horses and myself!
