I like that you can snap a five point martingale to the girth.

Beautiful girth that looks much more expensive than it is.

Which way does the bend in the center go? Towards the front or back of horse?
A shopper on Nov 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: the center that extends forward goes towards the front of the horse
I have an Oakbark saddle by HDR (Pro concept close contact), will this girth match? I don't want a saddle that the girth is way off in color.
Faith V on Aug 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This girth in the Oakbark color should match the Oakbark of any HDR saddle.
Is the elastic on the girth green as it looks in the picture, or is it a neutral color like black or brown?
Emmy S. on Jan 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It is definitely green. Like a hunter green, I think it looks nice.
which way does it go? I bought 52" and it is exactly 52"
barbara w on Sep 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. You want the softer side against the horse if it has a leather overlay. If only one side is elastic that side would be on the left where you tighten the girth before getting on. This is a girth for an all purpose or close contact English saddle , not a short girth for dressage. oh, and if it has any rings that is a sure mark that that side should go under the horse towards the ground. I apologize if my answer seems simplistic but I'm trying to cover all bases-not certain what your confusion is.
I have an HDR Australian Nut Saddle, would the Oakbark or the Havana match better?? I think the stitching in the saddle is Havana, but I cant remember if my bridle is oakbark or not. (More of an opinioned question) Thank You!
SHAUNA M on Oct 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I don't know the exact color of Oakbark nor Australian Nut color. The girth worked perfectly for my horse whose saddle fits farther behind the front legs due to the withers' location. However, my feet/legs cover all color differences between the girth and the brown Stuebben.
I wanted to buy this girth in a 42 but only see the smallest size being 46. Do these really run small?
Nicole P on Nov 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The 46 is the smallest size for this item.
How do you measure to figure out what girth size you need for this girth?
Julie H on Mar 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You can estimate the girth length you will need by placing your saddle and saddle pad (along with any special padding you'll use under the saddle) on your horse. Have a helper hold a fabric tape measure with inch increments on approximately the middle billet hole on one side of the saddle, while you stretch the tape under the horse, one hand's width away from the back of the elbow, to the corresponding billet hole on the other side of the saddle. The inch measurement you obtain translates to the girth size you require.
