BEST ANSWER: I’m not sure - it was plenty big on our full size horse. I wouldn’t want to say that it would without telling you there was plenty of room for our quarter horse. If you sew it’s possible you could stitch a seam if it was too big.
Would they fit a draft horse?

BEST ANSWER: They probably would fit because you just put them under a halter.
