could a horse size fit a pony?
A shopper on Nov 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Don't think so - purchased this headstall and is it was able to fit our foundation-looking quarter horse whose head is not little.
Can the noseband be removed?
Rachel C on Mar 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes. It is separate from the crown and cheek pieces.
Size for quarter horse yearling? Big head...
Maggie on Feb 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I bought this for my thoroughbred. It would fit a grown quarter horse. Might be a bit big for a yearling. I usually start my QH babies getting used to bits when they are about 2 and I always start with the mildest.
Size for a yearling quarter horse? Pretty big head...
Maggie on Feb 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Should work just fine!
Sable brown is light or dark?
Stacy D on Dec 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: A warm dark brown
What size are the rains????
A shopper on Jul 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I believe the rein size will change with size of bridle. I purchased the warmblood size and the reins are longer than a full sized bridle and reins. Looks up average measurements for rein length.
what's the difference between full and quarter horse? I have an appalousa.
julie j on May 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I believe full is a little smaller than quarter. I have an Arab cross and I have her in a cob/full size. I believe it goes as follows from smallest to largest: pony, cob, full, quarter, warm blood. Hope this helps!
Can you use this for showing?
A shopper on May 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: In addition to being our daily riding bridle, we have used it at schooling shows and local 4-H shows. It is not breed show quality, but is a nice everyday bridle for the price.
Does the bridle come with a bit?
A shopper on Apr 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No. You will need to purchase it separately.
Is this good quality?? Also is it durable?
A shopper on Jan 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, and yes. I use this as a schooling bridle, and it holds up well. It's also nicely sized for bigger horses, unlike many "warmblood" sizes. Soft and supple enough to use straight out of the box
I bought this bridle in 'Pony' size for my 13.3 H welsh/arab cross. The nose band is a little high, even on lowest hole, and the throat latch is too short to even reach first hole. Should I reorder it in Cob, Full, or maybe even Quarter?
Faith J on Aug 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee fit in advance. That said, you probably need a Cob size for a 13.3h large pony.
i have a halfinger mare what size would i need?
A shopper on Jul 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: If you need a warmblood halter and flymask, then do the Kincade warmblood size. If all else fails, you can exchange it for horse size, but I think this will fit.
can i pay with cash?
A shopper on Jun 29, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The only place we could take a cash payment would be at our Outlet Store in Hazleton, PA.
Does it come with the reigns?
Roslyn C on Nov 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: unless it says with out reins it will come with reins
i have a 15.3 mare quarter horse. what size bridal should i get her????? a full or a quarter?????
Maddie on Nov 6, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I would say it depends on your mare. I have seen a lot of variation in quarter horse head size. If your mare has a petite, typey little face, I would try the quarter. If she has a larger, longer, fuller face, I'd try the full first ...
And make sure of the return policy if the one you choose ends up to be not quite right-- so you can exchange. I hope this helps :)
Have a 14.3 Morgan. What size bridle should I get? Cob? Full? Wish State Line would have some advise regarding sizes.
Kathleen Acheson M on May 11, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I bought the pony size for a pony, but its a little small. I was able to punch some add'l holes in the chin strap so it works, but even the nose band could be larger. I really should have gotten the cob size. If your Morgan is 14.3, I would go with the full size... unless he/she has a small face, then maybe Cob, but you can always put in add'l holes if you necessary. Hope this helps.
