Korsteel® Tom Thumb Pelham Bit

Korsteel® bits have curved bars that prevent the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth and eliminate the nutcracker-like action that can pinch a horse's tongue. The unique curved shape of the mouthpiece, developed in conjunction with world-renowned trainer and jockey John Patterson, offers many advantages.

Features:

Eliminates the tongue-pinching action of conventional bits
Keeps the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth
Encourages relaxation and salivation
Jointed Pelham often preferred to the regular one
