I need a bridle/headset soon and I trust the reviews. It is a good value as well.

work a couple horses that do not work well with bits. Hackamores are ok. I just want to try something different.

A friend recommend that I borrow hers to see if it worked with my horse. It worked beautifully! I'll never use a bit bridle on him again.

does this work on pressure points?
A shopper on Dec 4, 2014
Best Answer: Yes. It works exactly like a bitless bridle. I use it with a two year old colt while training. It works really well--As good as my trainers expensive Dr. Cook's Bitless bridle.

Would this fit an average size large pony?
A shopper on Oct 7, 2015
Best Answer: I have a 15.1 quarter horse with an unusually small, cob sized head and it worked fine. It's a thinner cotton style fabric so worst case scenario, if it did not fit your horse, you could always tie a knot or two in it somewhere to make it slightly shorter. Hope this helps!

What size would be good for a 1 year old burro....,,Around 200 pounds ?
A shopper on Dec 5, 2016
Best Answer: I would choose the small size as the horse size is just right for my 1000# app.

What size is this please?
Stacey on Oct 29, 2016
Best Answer: Its pretty much a "one size fits all" My horse is a cob and it fit her just fine. So unless you have an unusually giant horse or a really tiny one, you should be ok. Also, its a little confusing at first to figure out how to put it together and on you horse, at least it was for me.
But in the end, I really love using it because there's no bit in her mouth, and I have a bad habit of man-handling the reins too much.

Will this fit a Morgan horse?
Dani R on Aug 29, 2016
Best Answer: Absolutely It will. I like the bridle but the reins will stretch after a while. Other then that it works well.

Would this properly fit a smaller arabian?
Kirstan W on Aug 25, 2016
Best Answer: I tried this on my small Arab mare over the weekend. It fit well and worked well. The chin strap is adjustable, so it will fit different sizes, but the length from pole to nose band doesn't adjust, so for larger horse heads it might be too short.

does this cross under the horses chin or is the pull direct from the side rings?
A shopper on May 11, 2016
Best Answer: Dan E if your horse is headstrong and fights you hold try thru Western ss Argentina Bit on Stateline it is an amazing bit and will truly change your ride with a really headstrong horse it did with my two that I have and every horse I've tired it on. The best thing is I seen my horse instantly get comfortable and walk n she always started out very hot ready to take off any chance she had.
