They are really helpful in getting a horse to load in the trailer or just training them and desensitizing them.

works great and my old one is so worn out

I use a whip to get my girl moving when doing arena and round pen work. She doesn't get hit, is is used as an aid. This will be a smaller size aid. I am hoping to work down to not needing an aid at all and just give her body commands and a click.

I needed a flag because the one I made just didn't do the trick. Hope it is what I expect.

Many of my clients want a flag, but don't want to spend $60 for one. This is an inexpensive option.

Fair price!

I bought this to try out before I take the plunge and order one of the more expensive stainless/composite flags offered elsewhere. I'm excited to see how it feels and how it will impact my horsemanship!

Comes in handy for training and loading horse into trailer. Have not received yet to judge quality.

Was watching some training and desensitizing videos, these seem to work nicely and the length is nice (for us short people). Just wished they came in some cool fun colors, we will see how they stand up, compared to the ones from the training sites, which were much more expensive

Light, easy to handle training flag. Also heavy duty and stands up to the task.

color choice for flag?
bill v on Jul 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This flag is fine to use in black. It also has held up well. I bought it a year ago and still using it. Horses move away from it well. Don't think the color matters to them, but you can attach a new different colored plastic bag to it if you want to get a horse used to other colors.
Length of shaft?
A shopper on May 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 3.5 feet, as noted in the description
