This mouthpiece is made of polished Sweet Iron which naturally oxidizes or rusts. Harmless to horses, it has a sweet taste and promotes salivation. Includes browband string and clip (both not shown in image); clip will allow the chinstrap to be easily unhooked, without using the buckle.
