The Pak-A-Roo Duster from Outback Trading Company is windproof, waterproof, and breathable with jackets, pull-overs, dusters, and pants. The Pak-a-Roo can scrunch up inside a hidden zipper to turn into a backpack. And it's easy to store, making it readily available when needed.
