I work in the ocean and would like a boot that it's easier to put on and take off. I was wondering if this boot provides a snug or semi-tight fit, around the calf/leg?

BEST ANSWER: It's the same opening we have on our leather Roper MX boots, it will truly depend on the size of your calf. The boot is easy off and on since it's a neoprene rubber boot. Hope this helps.
