Active Ingredients per 1 oz:

N, N-DiMethylGlycine HCl (DMG) – 3,000 mg

Inactive Ingredients:

Natural Flavor, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Water, Xanthan Gum.

Directions for Use:

Shake well before using.

Give 1 oz per day.

4 days prior to race or event: Increase to 2 oz per day.

May be given the day of the event. Amount and frequency may be varied as necessary.
