These are cheaper than the SMB combo boots, and I'm hoping will work just as well. Also, the ones I wanted were on sale today for a much better price!

What size horse will the medium size fit?
Are the boot and splint attached??
Jen V on Jan 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi. Yes the bell boots are attached to the sport boots. A medium will fit your average size 15-15.3 hand horse. Thanks!
How are these sized, by horse height? I have a 16h conformation QH that needs these boots.
Noe M on Jun 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: They are not sized by horse height but they should work perfectly for your 16h qtr horse my husband used them on his 16h standard bred and work out Great!!!
Hi. Will these work for turnout?
carrie f on Jun 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Not sure why you would want to use these for turn out, BUT, I will say that they stay in place well and the Velcro is still super sticky after two years of intermediate use on trail rides and Hunter Paces.
If you're looking for fly protection, I highly recommend the Contoured Mesh Fly Boots
👍🤠
Wish you good luck!
Is there a combo boot for the rear legs?
A shopper on Apr 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I've yet to find back boots specifically. I do however utilize the large tough-1 combo boots on the back and they work great. I prewrap legs with Vet wrap prior to heavy works
Is it okay to use these in place of shipping boots?
Diane L on Jul 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes as long as your horse is a seasoned loader as these boots won’t protect the knees and or hocks
Does the boot part go up totally under the foot???
A shopper on Mar 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No, they do NOT go under the hoof.
It does provide good coverage of the back of the hoof in case your horse over reaches a bit.
We love these boots - for jumping, trails and they're perfect for Hunter Paces. Just enough protection without going overboard on price or time putting them on (the Velcro is SUPER sticky, be prepared!)
Good luck !
Would these be ok for turning out?
A shopper on Sep 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, that’s what I use them for and they are great. They may be a little hot for the summer months but during the fall/winter/spring my gelding doesnt go out without them!
Are the bell boots detachable?
A shopper on Dec 31, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No they are not. They are sewed on
can these be used front and back?
A shopper on Nov 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No, these are front only. You don't need overreach (bell) boots on the back.
Can you get these in a Small or XSmall? My horses is only 13.3 hands
A shopper on May 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately these boots are available in medium or large size only.

I have 2 questions, 1.What color would you recommend for riding in hunting territory? 2.What size would fit a welsh cob? Thank You!
welshcob3904 on Mar 30, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I dont think the color would make much difference, more of a personal preference, or what matches your tack. I would try a small. i purchased a medium for my arab and they could have been a little smaller, but they were very usable. The boots have worked well for me. My arab has an old injury on the right front just above the hoof and so she wears the boots to protect from the elements and from possible striking of the hind foot into the front, Good luck
