Product Summary:

The Victor® Fly Magnet™ attracts and traps flies. The attractant lures them in, they can't escape and they drown.

Victor® fly magnet™ systems are simple to use, safe and effective -- the patented  non-poisonous bait is included with each trap, so simply empty it into the trap and add water.  The result creates a scent that flies cannot resist.  The white color and diamond-shaped lid is also designed to attract more flies.  Once trapped, the flies drown in the water-based mixture.

This bait is the most effective bait on the market - it out-performs competitive products 20 to 1!  The bait is also sold separately.  For outdoor use.  Safe around children, pets and the environment.

Fly magnet jar
These jars work very well with their bait. Use hot water. I prefer quart jars but they are difficult to find

Very effective
It takes few days before flies notice it. Then they fall madly in love with this product and the horses are relieved. I was Very impressed.

So easy
I love the jar and its ability to be cleaned and refilled so easily. Because it fills up with dead flies with in a few days. This is a wonderful product that really works.

I've killed hundreds of flies
This is a sure poof way to kill zillions of flies. I also used it without its stinky bait with real (and rotting) food (also stinky), and works just as well. The packets are neater, though. Very visible decrease in number of flies. Well worth getting. Also, simple (hang up, or as I did, put one on the ground).

The only good fly is a dead one.
Something about the attractant makes this a more effective trap than other brands. Amazing how quickly it collects flies and also the huge amount of flies that are trapped.

Very effective
I have had the Victor Fly trap hung up near my horses paddock for one week now and it literally has four inches solid of flies in it. I elected to purchase the three pack of replacement bait and it looks like I will be dumping out hundreds of flies this week and starting over with a new batch of bait. It is July/August when the flies are at their worst so I'm hoping after summer the Fly Trap won't have to work so hard !We also had a huge thunder storm last night and I wondered if the trap would still be in one piece. It was and it looked no worse for wear.

I bought two of these a few days ago. My old traps with the victor attractant have some flys but these with the same attractant are filled with the little guys. I am replacing the old ones with this brand!!

best fly trap ever

These really augment a predator-wasp program for fly control. An alternative to the expensive, monthly, odiferous additive is to, instead, use raw liver pieces. Place one in the trap. Fill the trap about one-third with water. Be sure to check the water level at least once per week (as in coastal California). Then, when the trap is pretty much filled with flies and other flying varmints, take the contents and pour it down the main burrow system of ground squirrels or gophers.
