Ranch hands requested for cleaning out chicken pen!

Looking for something warm during winter months but also water proof to get into my stall automatic waterers and not have wet fabric. These seem to be of a water proof exterior which makes playing in the water bowl wearing gloves during a cold winter morning optional.

Does the wool lining get stuck full of hay and hay seeds?
kristi2347 k on Nov 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The pair that I purchased does not get stuck with hay or hay seeds; however when they get damp on the inside (moisture from your hands) It takes a very long time for them to dry out. Just recently purchased a boot dryer. Plan to try drying the inside of the gloves on it!
How is the grip? Anyone else have a problem with a stall fork full of manure turning in your hands and dumping out? So frustrating, and you have to hold so tight to keep it from happening with leather gloves that are supposed to grip.
connie on Dec 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: These gloves are very grippy, since they're made of a rubbery material all around. I actually bought them for snowblowing, but I also wear them for some barn chores. They do run large, though.
How do you know what size you need? do you have a sizing chart?
lynn d on Jan 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Actually I bought size large because that was the only choice I had at the time. Worked great for my daughter who normally wears a Med but with a pair of light weight gloves as a liner they worked fine. My friend was not able to wear the other pair just too large but they fit her husband great and he loves them.
