I like leather billets. The new saddle I purchased has a nylon billet. This billet looks like nice qualilty. The people who purchased this before had good things to say on it's quality

Looks like great tack and need for back cinch
Wyatt C on Jun 4, 2018
I prefer a leather off billet to a nylon as the nylon does not keep a good presence. Leather can be cleaned to keep a nice presence but nylon shows to much wear.

John L on Aug 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Probably about 14 to 16 inches long. Hope this helps
Width of billet?
Jackie t on Jul 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They are 1.75" wide.
Does this come with two billets?
A shopper on Jun 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No this is the front billet that is doubled over. It is excellent quality.
Is it a pair or just 1? One for each side of the saddle or just the one?
A shopper on Jul 11, 2015
BEST ANSWER: There's just one Off Billet. This is for a western saddle. It goes on the right side and attaches to the cinch. You have a (typically leather or nylon) "latigo" or "tie strap" for the left side of the saddle.
