Bates guarantees the Wintec® range of saddles for a period of two years against faulty materials, or workmanship. Further, the Elastiflex tree in your saddle is guaranteed against breakage for the lifetime of the saddle deemed to be ten years* (five years for the Wintec® Western saddle). The warranty on a Wintec® saddle and its components are subject to use under normal conditions. The warranty card should be retained by the purchaser, along with the original receipt as the retailer will require it should warranty work be required. Saddles which require a repair under warranty should ideally be returned to the reseller from which they were purchased. Associated shipping costs are the owner’s responsibility.

If you are at all concerned that your saddle may be faulty in any way, please return the saddle to the reseller from which you purchased it, so they may assess your saddle. Should warranty work be required the reseller will require the warranty card along with the original purchase receipt. Associated transport costs are the owner’s responsibility.
