Each Blok set (one pair) has three heights: low (9"), medium (15"), and high (24").
 
Add more bloks as you increase your training regimen (six pairs are shown).
 
In weather-resistant white polyethylene.  Made in the U. S. A.  
 
Note:  Poles are not included.
