There are no commitments or fees with State Line Tack's AutoShip Program — and you can cancel an upcoming shipment at any time.

Beginning Your AutoShip Subscription:
How do I determine which products are eligible for AutoShip?
Eligible products will be noted on the item detail page. You'll see the item has an AutoShip selection option along with a drop-down menu to choose the product delivery frequency rate.
To enroll in the AutoShip Program we require a credit card to be placed on file to be used for AutoShip orders.
AutoShip items are paid for as they are shipped. Your card on file will be charged the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed, less the AutoShip discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges.
How do I update my credit card on file or select a different card to be used?
Payment methods can be updated or changed via the Edit link under Payment Information in the Manage My AutoShip Details section of My Account.
This interface will allow you to update the current credit card, select another credit card already saved to your account for use, or add a new credit card and use it as the default card for your AutoShip.

When will my first AutoShip order be processed?
We begin processing your order as soon as “Submit Order” is clicked!
Future shipments will automatically be processed based on the schedule you select during your initial order. On your scheduled shipment date, we will process your order in our warehouse.
We send both an order and a shipment confirmation email to keep you updated on the status of your AutoShip order.
How will I know when an order has been sent out?
We send out a convenient reminder approximately one week before each of your scheduled shipments.
The notification is to provide time to make any necessary updates to your order, including your delivery schedule, item quantity, or payment method from Manage My AutoShip Details.
Managing Your AutoShip Plan
Where am I able to manage my AutoShip details?
After placing your first order, the AutoShip details can be accessed on the Manage My AutoShip Details page under My Account.
There you can change the AutoShip frequency, shipment date, and payment method as well as pause, skip or cancel your shipments.
Am I able to change or add items to my AutoShip order?
At the current time, you will have to cancel the AutoShip and place another order for the new or additional AutoShip items.

Where am I able to adjust my AutoShip schedule?
To adjust your AutoShip schedule, please visit the Manage My AutoShip Details page of My Account.
You can pause, skip the next delivery, change the next shipment date and frequency, update the quantity, or cancel your AutoShip at any time.

How do you pause an AutoShip delivery?
You can pause, skip the next delivery, re-schedule, or change the quantity or frequency of your next shipment at any time on the Manage My AutoShip Details section of My Account.
To pause your AutoShip, simply click on the “Pause AutoShip item” link on the Manage My AutoShip Details page. The AutoShip will be paused until you select the “Reactivate” link when you are ready for it to be processed.
To skip your next scheduled shipment, simply click on the “Skip next delivery” link on the Manage My AutoShip Details page. We will not process the current shipment and will resume delivery on the next scheduled ship date.
You can also update the AutoShip item quantity, next shipment date, and/or frequency and select “Save Changes” if you're receiving too much of AutoShip items.

Why did I receive a notification of my AutoShip being placed on hold?
If any problems arise with your AutoShip payment method, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your account, asking that you resolve the problem.
All AutoShips will be placed on hold, and no additional shipment will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.
Am I able to update my AutoShip delivery address?
For security purposes, your shipping information cannot be updated online at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, and our Customer Service team will gladly assist you if you would like to update your shipping information.

How do I cancel my AutoShip plan?
To cancel your AutoShip plan at any time, visit the Manage My AutoShip Details section of My Account.
To cancel your AutoShip, simply click on the “Cancel AutoShip” link on the Manage My AutoShip Details page. Canceled AutoShips cannot be reactivated.
Once you are ready to resume an AutoShip plan, simply plan another AutoShip order.

AutoShip Product Questions
What do I do if my AutoShip item is unavailable or back-ordered?
We will notify you of any AutoShip items unavailable on the day scheduled to be shipped.
We continue to attempt to fulfill the order until the product becomes available, and we have shipped the item to you.
If the item does not become available before the next scheduled shipment date, we will notify you via email that the shipment has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the AutoShip item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule.
If any AutoShip item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically cancel your AutoShip for that item and no additional orders associated with that AutoShip item will be placed.
How are discounts figured out on AutoShip items?
The discount you receive for your AutoShip will be calculated using StateLineTack.com's regular price for the item on the day each shipment is processed, less your AutoShip discount (some exclusions apply). Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you're charged may also increase or decrease.
The AutoShip discount cannot be combined with Promotional Code discounts. When you first place your AutoShip order, we will compare all applicable savings opportunities. You will receive the best price on all items in your order.
Some items are not eligible for the AutoShip discount. Some products are excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines.
