From the original Tory Leather - MADE IN USA. Congress style show halters have more rouned cheeks and nose that taper at each end. This gives more area of silver but it also gives a more rounded effect to the jowl and nose which fits well with the shape of the horse's face and doesn't tend to make the head look longer as the straight cheek or silver bar can. Most of the silver manufacturers do make this style of silver now. This congress style show halter also includes a matching lead.
