A fully refundable deposit equal to the saddle’s purchase price is required, and if you fall in love with it, we’ll simply close out your purchase.

Our Saddle Test Ride Program lets you ride in your new saddle for up to two weeks, starting the day it’s delivered, so you can be confident it’s the right fit before committing.

Love It - or Send it Back
Need a different seat size? No problem, we’ll swap it for the same model in the size you need.
Don’t love it? Return the saddle in its original packaging for inspection and a refund.

FAQ's
 How long is the test ride period?
You will have two weeks to ride in the saddle. Trial period will start on the
delivery date. Email us at TestRide@statelinetack.com if you require an extension
Do I need to save the box and packaging materials?
Yes, please save the box and all packaging materials to use for returning your test
ride saddle if you decide not to purchase it, or you need a different size.
How should I store my test ride saddle during the trial period?
Keep your test ride saddle in a safe, clean place and covered when you are not riding in it, such as in your home.
How should I care for the saddle during the testride program?
Ensure your stirrup leathers, boots, and breeches are clean before each test ride. Use a clean saddle pad for every ride, pull the billet guards down over the girth buckles where applicable, and always use the provided stirrup leather cover socks. After each ride, wipe the saddle clean with a damp cloth to keep it in excellent condition.

Return the test ride saddle with the stirrup leather cover socks and we will ship the same model in your desired seat size to you.
How does payment work?
A fully refundable deposit for the full purchase price of the saddle.
If you decide not to purchase the saddle, it will be inspected upon return we will determine the refund amount based on the condition of the saddle.
Following the care instructions to maintain the condition of the saddle will help insure you receive your full refund.
If I purchase the test ride saddle does the SLT Return Policy still apply?
No, we will not accept returns on saddles purchased through the Test Ride Program, except for Manufacturer Defects.
What steps do I need to follow if I choose not to purchase the saddle and need to return it?
· Contact TestRide@statelinetack.com with your request to return the saddle
· Pack the saddle in the original box and packaging material, following the included instructions
· Include the return paperwork in the box.
· Label with the return shipping label provided.
