Product Summary:

Back on Track Therapeutic Mesh Sheet
Soothing Far Infrared Thermal Heat to Help Ease Pain of Horse's Stiff, Sore or Overused Muscles

Back on Track sheets and blankets all work the same and may benefit all horses - from pleasure to race horses to Olympic horses in every discipline.  These products are made with our state-of-the-art Welltex fabric which reflects your horse's own natural body warmth creating a soothing far infrared thermal heat (the horse will not get overheated, but it can result in sweating to loosen and relieve sore or inflamed muscles).  The thermal heat helps increase the blood circulation and helps your horse's muscles recover, stay looser and become less inflamed.  The sheets/blankets can be used like a liner under your own blanket when it’s cold out.  Back on Track's Welltex material will never lose its effectiveness even if the products end up in the dryer.  We recommend that you hang dry them as they can become stiff and less comfortable if the dryer is too hot.

Instructions for Use

Back on Track blankets should be introduced gradually. We recommend you start by using them for 2-4 hours for the first 3-4 days and then leave them on overnight for best results.   After 3-4 weeks use them for 3-6 days a week and you will see what a difference it makes for your horse.

Please note that physical responses can be variable.

Often you will notice a reduction of muscular stiffness within a few hours or days. Occasionally, however, you will need to persevere for 10 days to 30 days, particularly with established long-term injuries.

For best results, leave sheet on overnight after introductory period or let your horse wear it prior to exercise to help muscles warm up. Not recommend for turnout.

Sheet includes: two chest buckles, crossing belly surcingles, and a tail flap.

Material: Exterior - polyester
Interior - polypropylene blend infused with ceramic powder.

Care: Machine washable up to 86°F or 30°C. Use normal detergents that do not contain bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry only, do not tumble dry.

BEST ANSWER: Love back on track products and they run true to size or a hair longer
Could this be used as a liner underneath a winter/turnout blanket?
shoelace on Oct 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes. I did this many a time for my cold backed horses. This is an amazing product. Just make sure that you have properly fiollowed Back on Track's suggestions for your horse's gradual acclimation to the product. You can't just use it as an overnight liner if your horse has not had the adjustment period for the product. But when you properly acclimate your horse to the sheet, it works wonders. My daughter's hot and sensitive cold backed Dutch horse tried to unload her daily until we bought the back on track sheet and used it as a blanket liner!! Hope this helps!
Do these sheets run big?
Maddie C on Apr 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No they don't run big very true to size. But if you are in question they are on the big side of say a 78 compared to the small side.
What is difference In use of mesh sheet vs fleece blanket? Why spend more for mesh sheet?
B M on Nov 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The mesh is lighter and can be used year around. Where as the fleece can only be used certain times. The mesh can even be used under fleece blankets depending on the weather. This sheet is designed to relieve back pain and soreness. This is not used for everyday use as a fly sheet or keeping warm purpose
Do u measure from the center of the chest to the tail???????
Laura on Mar 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Measuring Instructions: Stand your horse as square as possible, measure from the center of chest around side of the body to the point of the horse's rump just before the tail. If the horse ends up measuring between sizes always round up to the next size to ensure full coverage.
