Good Stuff
If you have a paint with white legs it works. mine always gets yellow spots from laying in his stall. He lays in the grass more stains. You have to wet the area good. Then spray it on good Wait a few minuets and scrub it out and rinse. Works best with the Cow Boy Magic Yellow Out

Best Product for instant cleaning
Green spot remover is wonderful - also works just as well on "brown" spots! I have a grey horse & a black & white pinto with 4 white legs, and this product works wonders! No matter how clean they are before you leave, the minute you unload them out of the trailer, you have colored spots to clean up before a parade or performance - and this product is the answer!

Great Stuff
This is great, You can spray it on. Then just wash it out with a bucket of warm water and a small brush. My horse has white legs and always has dirty yellow spots. I need a easy button for a solution and This is it. For the white tail. Just use the rest of the bucket of warm water and after spraying . Just dip the tail in it then dry it. Spray the tail 1st and work it in.

works very well
Works well to remove stains from manure, urine and mud. Doesn't replace a bath, but for last minute spot treatments, when your show horse decides to lay down in poo right before a class, this product works very well.

Awesome product!
I have used the same bottle of cowboy magic for over a year and I just emptied the bottle. I love it because I have a tobiano grey and white gelding that gets manure stains all over! But I use a couple squirts and a paper towel and rub it out until invisible, but if its really bad I add baby powder to cover up what it didn't get down on the skin. It also gets out manure stains bigger than a plate and you can't tell the difference! I will not use any other green spot remover! It is a little soapy but not enough to make your horse sticky. Overall great product.

Not so great...
I bought this thinking that it would be a great stain remover that wasn't going to be sticky and soapy. it actually was like shampoo, in a spray bottel. you have to wash it out and its very soapy and it gets sticky on your horses coat. i am not sure its the best product, unless you want to give you horse a bath after using it.

Cowboy Magic green Spot remover
We use this on Holstein dairy show cattle. It works great on animals that are already clean. It is NOT a bath in a bottle and does not work on animals that are dirty (below the hair). That said, it works great on emergency clean ups or stains gotten during the fair. A little goes a long way; blotting helps. My daughter has had snowy white Holsteins that look terrific- this stuff has saved many a trip to the wash rack for a minor clean up.

We show dairy cows some of them have a lot of white on them . We have never used this product before hoping it will get any stains that they have acquired over the winter.

I am confused does this have to be rinsed after using or can it be left on the horse? It says it is great for use in the winter but most of the reviews I read said it needed to be rinsed off.

BEST ANSWER: I use a damp cloth and wipe it off, and the green and brown come off easily. Great for pintos with white legs or greys as well!
Does this product get manure, urine and dried sweat stains out well? - Thanks
Maggie C on Aug 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes it's a win win. I got a Tobiano Paint brown and white. He gets stains of what ever he can find. Including grass. I wet the white spot and his tail ends . Then spray it on brush it into the white. Waite 5 minuets and wash the spot off and it's white . Stains are gone. It's the best I have used. Just used it tonight on his rump and shoulders.
