I have a horse with chronic laminitis. After researchng tons of web sites and talking to the Easycare manufacturer of the Easycare Easyboot RX and Cloud, I thought I woudl try their products.

do you get two inserts for the $17?
Kathy T on Jun 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Sold in Pairs.
can I leave boots on 24/7 my horse has laminatis?
Judy H on Aug 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I used these 24/7 on one of my horses with laminitis but you have to remove them every few days as moisture will build up in the boot and soften the hoof, as well as allow bacteria to thrive. Make sure to keep the boots dry and apply liberal mounts of corn starch or medicated foot powder to the insides everytime you put them on your horse. I switched to Soft Ride boots as you could order inserts with varying degrees of suppport for the frog, which is vital to support an actively laminitic hoof.
Can these inserts be used with the trail boot? Sizing doesn't seem to match up with the boot sizes.
Jeannine E on Jul 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hmm.. They are quite thick and don't compress immediately so the trail boot might not fit, I guess it depends on the boots. They could be trimmed down around the sides to make them fit that way, but I would be concerned with the depth.
Do these pads work on the Easy care RX boots?
A shopper on Jan 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Not unless you're willing to take an Exacto knife and trim it to fit (which I have done!) These are made to fit the Cloud boots. They are fabulous cushions, they don't smash down like the pads on the Therapy Rx boot. They last a long time. But, get them KNOWING you're going to have to trim it to fit the Rx boot.
I have Burro that needs this type of hove care. The front (only) hove is 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" fresh trim. What is my best sizing? in addition, I would like to try the "cloud insert". How does that affect the sizing? I see 00 as my smallest size.
PocoBurro on Oct 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I use the inserts on my horse. She wears a size one on her right foot & a size two on her left. The inserts do not affect the size. However I do not think they make a size small enough for your burro.
