  • Order Dates: Please adhere to our posted holiday deadlines for timely delivery.
  • Same-Day Shipping: In-stock items must be ordered before 1:00 PM local time to ship out on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will ship the following business day.
  • Personalized Items: Monogramming and engraving require extra care. Please add 1-2 business days to the standard order deadlines.
  • In-Stock Only: Guaranteed holiday dates apply only to in-stock items shipped to physical addresses.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Notes

  • Large & Oversized Items: Furniture and heavy items take longer to ship and may include oversized delivery fees (viewable on the product page and at checkout).
  • Direct-from-Manufacturer: Items marked as "Drop Ship" or "Shipping from Manufacturer" do not follow our standard holiday schedule.
  • Regional Variations: While we offer prompt service across the continental US, deliveries to certain zip codes may require additional transit time.
