Monthly Sweepstakes – Official Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Tabcom, LLC (dba StateLineTack.com, Horse.com, etc.), participating prize sponsors, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and members of the same household are not eligible to win.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

  • Eligible participants may enter by subscribing to the StateLine Tack email newsletter through the official Monthly Giveaway landing page.
  • One (1) entry per person per monthly giveaway unless otherwise stated.
  • Duplicate entries or attempts to circumvent the entry process may result in disqualification.

Sweepstakes Period

  • Each monthly giveaway begins on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final day of that month unless otherwise specified.
  • Entries do not automatically carry over to future monthly giveaways. A new entry is required for each month's drawing unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

  • Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
  • If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Fulfillment

  • Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  • Prizes will be shipped to a valid U.S. address provided by the winner.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If a prize arrives damaged or defective, winners should contact StateLine Tack Customer Service within 10 days of delivery.
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier generally will not be replaced; replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Winner Eligibility for Future Giveaways

  • To provide more customers an opportunity to win, an individual may only win one (1) monthly giveaway within any rolling twelve (12) month period. If a previous winner is selected again within that period, an alternate winner may be chosen.

General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Privacy

  • Information collected in connection with this promotion is subject to the StateLine Tack Privacy Policy and will be used for administration of the sweepstakes and marketing communications in accordance with subscriber preferences.
