Founded in 2008 with the rescue of Texas Horse of the Year Lights on Broadway, Remember Me Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to giving retired and injured Thoroughbreds a second chance. Most of our horses are donated by their racing connections, while some come to us through the auction pipeline. Whether they need rest, rehabilitation, or retraining, every horse receives a strong foundation for a successful new life. Because from champions to the quiet, unknown runners—every horse has a story worth telling.
